How to calculate z-scores using Python?

Calculate Z-Scores Using Python
[-1.42295235 -1.01639454 -1.01639454 -0.60983672 -0.20327891  0.
  0.40655781  0.81311563  1.42295235  1.62623126]

Please note that the mean of all the values of D is 8. So, the z-score associated with 8 is zero. All the values less than 8 have negative z-scores and all the values greater than 8 have positive z-scores.

For example, the z-score of 1 is -1.42295235. It means 1 is 1.42295235 standard deviation away from the population mean. And the negative sign means the value 1 is less than the population mean.
