How to remove duplicate columns of a DataFrame using the pandas Python library?

df before removing duplicate columns: 
   0  1  2  3   4
0  1  2  3  2  10
1  4  5  6  5  12
2  7  8  9  8  14

df3 after removing duplicate columns: 
   0  1  2   3
0  1  2  3  10
1  4  5  6  12
2  7  8  9  14

As we can see after removing the duplicate column 3 from the original DataFrame, the columns are relabeled in the new DataFrame.
