SLA, MOU, BPA and NDA

When two or more parties work together, many issues may arise. So, the involved parties need to sign some agreements or contracts so that if any issue arises, the issue can be resolved accordingly. SLA or Service Level Agreement, MOU or Memorandum Of Understanding, BPA or Business Partnership Agreement, and NDA or Non-Disclosure Agreement are examples of such business interoperability agreements. Each of these agreements is signed between parties for a specific purpose. Let’s try to understand what these agreements are and what their purposes are.
