Features :
- Tutanota is an Open Source Software under GPL License.
- It uses end-to-end encryption to send encrypted messages.
- One can send encrypted messages to Tutanota users as well as non-users.
- If a sender is sending an encrypted message to a Tutanota non-user, the sender would need to specify a password at the time of encryption and provide the password to the recipient using some different channel.
- The recipient would need to provide the password to decrypt and read the encrypted message.
